Welcome to a wellness space like no other. I’m Estelle a Barada Elder and Indigenous Sound Healer. I come from a long lineage of medicine women.

This centuries-old tradition will allow you to connect to the power of all-knowing - in your mind, body and spirit. The instinctive part of you that you struggle to access in the fast-paced world we now live in.

The sound healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gongs, bells, solfeggio chimes, crystal harp and tuning forks will flow through your central nervous system, organs, bones and, energy field (Biofield). These healing sounds strengthen your body’s natural chemistry, releasing negative patterns that no longer serve you, and help restore a state of deep relaxation and balance. Your body has it’s own resonant frequency that can recalibrate and retune itself when immersed in these powerful healing vibrations.

As a Professional Energy & Sound Healer with over 3 decades of experience in holistic wellness, I create healing spaces that bring calm to the mind, body and spirit.

With professional qualifications in Sound Therapy, Biofield Tuning, Group Sound Meditation, Space Clearing, Life Coaching, Voice Analysis, Crystal Healing and Aromatherapy Swedish Massage, I bring extensive experience and skill to each wellness session. You’re in safe hands with me, and I treat every client with the utmost care and compassion.

Sound therapies support emotional healing by tuning the human biofield, transforming unhealthy thinking patterns and releasing limiting beliefs.
